SilverBlaze Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered voice receptionist service and an associated web dashboard (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile picture) as authorized by you.
Google Account Data. With your explicit consent, we access your Google Calendar to create, read, and sync appointment events on your behalf. We only access the calendar data necessary to provide the appointment-scheduling features of the Service.
Call and Customer Data. Our AI receptionist processes inbound phone calls to your business. This may include caller names, phone numbers, addresses, service requests, appointment preferences, and call recordings or transcripts, which are stored to provide call logs, appointment booking, and lead management features.
Usage Data. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and interactions with the dashboard for security and service-improvement purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including answering calls and booking appointments;
- Sync appointments with your connected Google Calendar;
- Authenticate your account and secure access to the dashboard;
- Send service-related notifications, such as appointment confirmations and emergency lead alerts;
- Improve and optimize the performance of our AI agent and dashboard;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Google User Data
SilverBlaze's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar access only to check availability and create appointments for your business. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
- We only request access to the Google Calendar scopes necessary to create and manage appointments.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via yourGoogle Account permissions page.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, telephony, and email delivery providers) under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, after which we will delete it unless retention is required by law.
Your Rights

Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in (Supabase authentication), to save your onboarding progress, and to remember dashboard layout preferences. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
SMS / Text Messaging
What we collect: When you agree to receive text messages, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the call transcript for callers, or the checkbox and timestamp for business owners).
How we use it: We use your number only to send the messages you agreed to: appointment confirmations, one follow-up after your service asking for a review, and new-booking alerts to plumbing business owners.
No sharing: Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@silverblaze.tech. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
