Account Information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile picture) as authorized by you.
Google Account Data. With your explicit consent, we access your Google Calendar to create, read, and sync appointment events on your behalf. We only access the calendar data necessary to provide the appointment-scheduling features of the Service.
Call and Customer Data. Our AI receptionist processes inbound phone calls to your business. This may include caller names, phone numbers, addresses, service requests, appointment preferences, and call recordings or transcripts, which are stored to provide call logs, appointment booking, and lead management features.
Usage Data. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and interactions with the dashboard for security and service-improvement purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including answering calls and booking appointments;
- Sync appointments with your connected Google Calendar;
- Authenticate your account and secure access to the dashboard;
- Send service-related notifications, such as appointment confirmations and emergency lead alerts;
- Improve and optimize the performance of our AI agent and dashboard;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Google User Data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only request access to the Google Calendar scopes necessary to create and manage appointments.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
