These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI voice receptionist service ("Sarah") and associated web dashboard (collectively, the "Service") provided by SilverBlaze Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use the Service.
Description of Service
The Service provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers inbound calls, captures customer information, books appointments, and syncs data to a dashboard and, where authorized, your connected Google Calendar.
Accounts and Registration
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Use the Service to violate the privacy or rights of any third party;
- Misrepresent the AI nature of the Service where disclosure is legally required.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, customer consent, and data protection in your jurisdiction.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google, for features such as calendar sync. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Fees and Payment
Access to paid features requires payment of subscription fees and any applicable setup fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated by us.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the AI agent, software, and dashboard, remain the property of SilverBlaze Technologies. You retain ownership of your business and customer data.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the AI agent will capture every call accurately or without error.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverBlaze Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
